Hello everybody,
I'm a photoshop wizard and co owner of the photography studio. We just got the costumer who requested our service to do his pictures for his website, he also gave us the Cd with the images showing his work. He asked us to do 2 photo collages (4 pictures each) and one with changing background. After all, he said that he doesn't like the pictures because he doesn't like himself on it and he put on his stupid shoes this day, was tired after work and all this appears on the picture... etc, Many excuses.
We charged him only for the editing work, as long he's our friend's ex husband.
He made us work, and at the final he doesn't want to pay saying that he doesn't owe nothing to nobody and he's not going to talk to us. He said, that maybe he may send to me $50 by western union. Our friend sent him to us only because she knew that we are one of the best around, so we gave him a "friendly" price. Never happened to us nothing like this before, and not bragging, we're really very good and well known in this industry. I know it's only $200 but ther is no reason I will could let it go, specialy now, when the economy is bad. Please help me, I don't know what to do in this case?

Don't give him the finished product. Hold onto his CD and tell him when he pays the money owed, he can have his CD back.

Since this is a civil matter, the police won't be able to do anything, there's no crime (just a dispute of who owes who money). If you deem it necessary, you can take this to small claims court.

Meh. You've got a customer that doesn't want to pay you. We've got a poster who thinks it's okay to cross-post. The world is full of people who don't want to follow the rules...

Hello everybody,
I'm a photoshop wizard

Does this mean you are really an ordinary person who can photoshop themselves to look like a character from Harry Potter?

Ok, serious answer: withhold product until paid or take it to a lawyer for civil legal advice such as a samall claims tribunal.
