In case you do not remember me posting a thread about the 7 CIA agents that were killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan. Click here (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/05/world/asia/05cia.html) to refresh your recollection. One of the unamed men was a very dear friend of mine (former DUSM with whom worked on an SRT).

As many know, most crossfit workouts (WODs) are named after women... like hurricanes. There are a few, however, named after men who died in combat. I present to you, The Seven, sure to be an @$$-kicker, in honor of those 7 who died that day.

The Seven"

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups


What's a little pain in return for those that gave all. I haven't had a chance to do it yet. I am thinking tomorrow or Friday.

OUCH!! There are the WODs that you look at and just KNOW they are gonna suck; then there are those that you foolishly think, "Ohh, that's not so bad." This is one falls into the second category. There is a serious bite to that one!! Enjoy!
