College Park Police suspect robbery led to a shootout in downtown College Park early Friday evening that left one man dead and another likely wounded.
Roughly 30 gun shots were fired outside the studio in the 3200 block of E. Main Street, College Park Police Det. Reed Pollard told the AJC. "Right now it looks to be drug-related," he said.
Several people were spotted fleeing the studio after the shooting began, and Pollard said investigators believe at least one of those men was wounded. Police are not releasing the name of the man found dead inside a bullet-riddled SUV.
"Right now we don't have any idea who we're looking for," Pollard said.
The shooting comes less than 48 hours after aspiring rapper Dezmond Wilson, 24, was shot multiple times and killed inside a southwest Atlanta recording studio
