Through the years, I have had a number of LEO friends who died in motorcycle crashes. In one case, the LEO was riding with his daughter in Texas and they were both killed by a drunk driver who crossed the center line of the highway. In another case, the LEO was riding with his wife and they were killed when someone crossed the center line in New Mexico. They left two teen age boys. In another case, a LEO was killed in Oklahoma City, when another driver turned left in front of him. These are just three cases of relatively young LEO's being killed in motorcycle accidents that were not their fault. I rode HD motorcycles for years and finally decided my children need me more than I needed the wind in my face and sold my last HD in 2003. God bless him and his family.
