Hmmmm. Wish I could help you but I can't. When things have gone sideways for me in the past, I normally listen to music that drags me further down the rabbit hole... Music can be a blessing as well as a curse.
Sometimes I find dark, violent music to be quite theraputic, but I don't think you wanna listen to that stuff. :)
