Police Officer Preparation & Law Enforcement Resource - Archive

Hi all! I'm fairly new to the whole Loss Prevention/Asset Protection field, so I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. So far I really like it, and apparently I'm pretty good at it. Its just, I'm having problems *blending* in certain parts of the store, like womens clothing or lingerie (I'm a 19 year old male by the way) and always manage to get called out or have someone dump because I spooked them over there. I know theres no real way for a guy to blend in while "shopping" for womens clothing, but anything would help. Thanks for the advice!

We have rules of etiquette here at RP. First, nobody is going to reply unless you:

Just do whatever comes naturally and whatever works for you.

That's all I'm going to say on an open forum to someone that I don't even know for sure works LP.

Just hold up a slinky little teddy and ask in a loud voice if they have it in your size, no way will anyone think your LP.
