There is a new NCIS announcement up on USAJobs.

I've only applied for a few jobs in USAJobs so far so I'm not an expert.

There seems to be a problem with the NCIS application, when you hit the apply button and select your resume it tries to take you to a questionnaire, but pulls an error message instead.

If I apply "again" later, hopefully after they fix the questionnaire problem, will the previous attempt show as multiple applications to the same announcement or cause other problems?

Call the recruiter at the field office nearest you and explain the situation, and do as they advise.

Hey ROS,

I read the announcement and through the qualifications and it just says you mainly need a college degree. I looked at the pay of the announcement between 26,000 - 89,000. By any chance is the announcement open to college students within 9 months of graduating?

Thanks

Time to brush up on the basic reading comprehension skills, bub!

Applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited
institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (official
transcripts must be submitted at time of application).

Darn, didnt know if the "flat 9 month rule" counted for them, guess not.

PS. With the new budgets coming out, any ideas on when new vacancies should start opening up?

Thanks

With a new announcement out, I wonder if this means the hiring pool is smaller than I thought? It seems like they wouldn't open it up until they needed more people. I hope I hear some news soon either way on my status. I'm wishing you all luck as well.
