This video should be shown to every Local, State & Federal LEO.

1. This is why you should carry off duty.

2. This is why WE should extend PROFESSIONAL COURTESY to each other!

A little extra info.

The subject had PCP in his system. The 2 officers would not have been able to handle him.

I am glad, that PCP is not a big topic here, yet.

I pray the officer recovers without any long lasting effects. There is one less maggot to worry about in that area. No more assaults and he will not be wasting the state's money to pay for his room and board.

Good job on the part of both officers - on and off duty.

I feel bad for the family that lost a member. I also feel bad for the officer. I know it won't happen here, but I know the public doesn't realize that the officer is put through just as much trauma (although it may be a different kind) as the family of the person that the officer shot. I hope he recovers and is able to return to duty, protecting the citizens that criticize him for his actions.

Hugh, nobody has posted in this thread for over 3 years now. We don't really appreciate thread resurrection here at RP. Please try to stick to the more current threads.
