Hi
I will buy new jnotebook and was thinking what anti virus app to buy?
Thanks!
Quick and easy Avast. Quick easy and free AVG.
Most everything else is intrusive into your system and a resource hog.
I'm a techie and use AVG myself.

Personally I'd recommend McAfee. Pretty good Anti-Virus app thats done a pretty good job of taking care of my laptop.
Avast is decent, but I always recommend buying a name brand AV app for people who are not tech-savy.

How do you get AVG for free? I tried to download it once and it wanted me to donate/buy something else in order to get it.
And does it spot SPAM?

Is it a New Jersey antivirus app or something, because I'm confused?

That's the link, click the FREE for private use button and run it.
You will see that it doesn't bog your boot times down like other proggies.
Ok, I can't Hyper-Link to you since I need 15 posts but cut and paste this:
