Ok so first weekend in July i got pulled over and i was not told why i got pulled over. It was my first time getting pulled over and i'm not gunna lie i was a little nervous because i have weed in my car. Long story short the cop found Half ounce, a little bag (prolly like a gram) and some paraphernalia. They let me go and they said they were gunna talk to the DA and they would get ahold of me Monday. Well its been a month and they haven't gotten ahold of me yet. I kept it from my parents but they found out cause someone ratted on me. Regardless my dad called the State Police and they told him there is no report of anything from that weekend. I didn't receive a citation or anything that night. They just confiscated everything. I thought that no matter what cops had to file a report saying they pulled so and so over and did this and that. Or am i totally wrong here? I know i messed up but i'm just trying to figure out whats going on with my situation.

If they are charging you, you will get something in the mail provided you gave them a valid address. If you didn't give them a valid address then you most likely will have a warrant for your arrest.

It is possible they just confiscated your stuff and aren't charging you. If so consider yourself extremely lucky.

The real question is, "How much dope have you smoked since then?":rolleyes: You may have gotten a free pass. It won't matter anyway. You dopers have a short term memory and will do it again !!!!!!!!!!!!
