I have currently completed the process for the NYPD and I am simply waiting for my call. However, I am considering getting a restraining order or something in regards to harassment against an individual. Not sure if it will negatively effect me in hiring.
Also, the rules are quite different in my situation since this individual is housed by the Dept. of Mental Health (like a half way home for emotionally disturbed people) so he is kinda considered government property, I guess.
I just really don't want to get into another mess.
(Also, a piece of advise, never add a stranger to your myspace or facebook and never post your real name. LOL)
