Hey steelcityk9,
I won't be done with my academy until May 15. You think they'll take my application? I guess I'll give a call tomorrow. By the way it sounds on the advertisement they won't take it but it may be worth the try.

no can do sir...the examination notice states that you must have Act 120 certification at the time of application and in fact you have to enclose proof of that....

Very good Greg, thank you. Some departments have let us know that it is OK for us to apply but just to notify on the application when the academy is over.

You always got the next time...it's tough getting a full time job right out of the academy unless you know someone
