Have you ever experienced or are currently having problems with unfair or preferential treatment of specific explorers and did you address it and how so?
Please give a summarized experience and what the result was.

Currently, some explorers at my post had some significant behavior issues at a explorer event and were punished very lightly when another explorer was reamed for a non explorer related incident that was found out by advisors through gossip. I want the post to be fair in their handing out of punishments. any ideas?

If you want to be FAAAAAAIR then punish by Explorer. If you want to see progress then punish the WHOLE Post and see how fast S*** gets done..

^^^ I agree, if you are worried about explorers getting in trouble and punished unfairly than just recommend that you all get punished. You are part of a group and should get praised and punished together. I know that doesn't so appealing to you but if they know that the whole post will get punished for their actions than they will start to be a little more carefull and consious of them.

I guess i wasn't specific enough. We have been punished already as a post through PT, Memos, and plenty of chewing for what happened. Personally, not a big deal to me. It was after the fact that the individual punishments were doled out and they seemed lacking compared to other infractions committed in the past and their resulting punishments. The trouble-makers could care less about the post and the image we have, while everyone else busts their *** to get as much as possible from the program. And the advisors don't seem to see that aspect of it. Is their a way to bring this to their attention without sounding like a whiner. I just want the post to shed the parasites to be successful.
