I'm no expert on the subject, but start writing your senator/representative now to try and get the sponsorship. Keep your grades perfect, your extracurricular activites impeccible and get involved with any JROTC or such. Volunteer activity, sports activity, etc. all helps. I would assume their website has good info, google it. Getting into a service academy is not an easy task, it will take years of preparation and planning.
