Ok, this is a topic that deserves serious thought.

Today's food does not provide the nutrition needed for our bodies. There has been a study done showing the food from 1960's is severly lacking in quality of the food compared to that of the 1910's. I have a list of food that is needed to be eaten in one day to provide the nutrients needed. I currently do not eat these foods, instead I drink 2 to 3 shakes a day. Ask me if you want more infomation.

Let me first start off by saying that I have serious issues with leg workouts due to severe arthritis in my knees. I am 37 years old and was diagnosed with arthritis in 1998 and it has progressively gotten worse. I have been taking the Glucosamine Chrondrotin Sulfate combination since around 1995 and that used to do the trick, I recently started to add Aleve or other pain medicines on bad days. Since Nov 15th I have not taken anything for my knees and they feel better than they did in high school. Again I can tell you more if you just ask.

The company is very particular about on-line advertising. And I am crossing any lines on REALPOLICE I am very sorry and have no objection to having this thread closed. This is not meant to be an advertisement for something bad, this is something that has changed my life and I am wanting to share it with as many people as possible.

My life has been changed for the good and I would like to share my news with anyone and everyone that will listen.

Stay safe out there and God Bless everyone

Tom

I agree with the bolded part. That's why I buy organic (or green) whenever possible. I heart Whole Foods.

Norm, while Organic/Green food is better for you because it doesn't have the chemicals and preservatives, it is still grown in the same soil, gets the same sun and water or at least similar. This is where all the nutrients come into play. We for years have miused the soil, polluted the waters.

That is why my family and I use the products called RELIV. It has taken away my arthritis, taken away my wifes back spasms, relieved her Crohn's symptoms. It has helped other people with Lupus, ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) diabetes, high cholesterol just to name a few.

For what it is worth, if someone is willing to take a challenge from me, here it is. If you suffer from arthritis rather it be in the knees, back hands or where ever and make it through the day by taking over the counter or other prescription medicine, sign up to be a customer of Reliv, take that for 30 days, and if you don't feel better than you did with your prior regime, the compnay will return your money and I will personally buy you some Glucosamine Chrondrotin Sulfate or other over the counter medicine.

I am very confident that the company has got the formula right to provide the correct Nutrients so the body can do what is does best...heal itself
