I work out 5-6 times a week arms, shoulders, chest, back, and do cardio. For the last months however, when I do arm exercises I have what I would call what feels like shin splints in my forearms and the pain never completely goes away even after a few days. Does anyone know how to get rid of this pain? It gets very painful sometimes.

Where is the pain exactly? Top of forearm? Near elbow, or wrist? If wrist, one side or whole wrist? What exercises to you do for forearms and biceps?
TS, have you seen a physical therapist or orthopedic surgeon?
