My friend told me about a video I think of a Kentucky Prison where every 5 ft on the wall theres a box with handles on it and its curved...Theres a video of it where a guy runs up pushes it in and rips it out and tackles a guy with it. (its one of those outward curved taser shields) Anyone find this?

I am not familiar with the video that you are talking about, but the shield is called a stun shield. They are usually used for forced cell entries/extractions and crowd control such as disturbances in the yard or chow hall. It is operated with a switch in the handle bars. If you are searching for the video you might want to try searching under Stun Shield or ERD (Electronic Restraining Device).

I haven't seen the video either and the device used sounds like the shield described above. When I worked at the prison we used the term EID shield (Electronic Immobilization Device). They also had EID belts for the really naughty guys when they go to an appeal trial.
