Sorry , I can't resist. Will this " special financial aid " include language and grammar instruction ??
This is your first post here. We know nothing about you ( go visit our rap sheets section) and you are already looking for a " handout ". You write like a 6th grader ( who dropped out in 5th grade) and this smells a whole lot like a homework assignment.
On top of all of that....nobody here is going to give their name or agency. For that you'll need to interview a local officer. Maybe next time you can impress us with a post full of good language skills.
And yes, good language skills are important in todays competitive job market.

Rather than coming on here and just demanding help, you may find better responses by actually going to a local department. Afterall, it is hardly an interview when you do it this way.
We tend not to respond well to requests for assistance in which so little effort is put into them... especially when the responses would take some effort. You may want to ask LEOs to send you a PM if they are interested. In the outside chance someone is willing to do it in this format, they would not likely post it in the open forums.
... is it "for" responses you are looking for, or "four"?
the only reason i asked here is because im at work during the day and the financial aid is for the dislocated program i am going thru after bayliner shuts down
About 10 or 15 years ago there was a song called " Video killed the radio star". It was how the video stores ( VHS tapes) were now being rented out which was killing off the record/cassette artists.
My latest take on this old song is..." Text messaging killed the langauge skills of the average teen".

Does this look like proper English? Most of us would call that one hell of a run-on sentence. :)
Elaborating on what mcsap said, we do not know anything about you. What you have done is the equivalent of being a door-to-door salesman and strolling into our house asking us to do things for you. There's a rap sheet section to introduce yourself.
Also, as already stated, you are EXTREMELY unlikely to get responses on here. It seems this was meant to be an actual interview and you may want to go to your local department and interview "for" officers.
well thanks i guess a simple no would have been good enough

I'm sorry, but I really cannot understand what that last post is saying. Your questions are the same that students post on RP all the time.
FWIW, you could have terrible grammar if you are in school. You claim to be working, so you COULD be going to school after work. However, being from Oregon and with you saying that you are working days, it is safe to assume that you are an English speaking adult. With that said, it seems that mcsap hit the nail right on the head and text messaging is the death of your language skills.
Were you to post an intro in the Rap Sheets section, perhaps we would think differently.
