I am not aware of any way to be guaranteed a spot on an MSRT.
Only option would be to enlist in the CG, hope your MOS transfers over to something applicable and put it on your "Dream Sheet".
How many years have you been out and what was your MOS? The fact you have CQB and VBSS is good but I don't know how much it will help in getting you a spot on an MSRT.

Work in getting into the CG first. Try to get in any unit that does L.E. and qualify as a Boarding team member or Boarding officer. Qualify on all weps. Do some time and establish a good repore with your command. You will need their endorsement to attend the Deployable Operations Group candidate screening. The CG usually solicits once or twice a year for the screening. Given your background you will have a good chance of getting MSRT, MSST or a Taclet if you like after you pass the screening.

The CG is coming out with a new Maritime Enforcement (ME) rating. I think that, that would be the best course of action for someone like you.
Good luck.
