With a cheesy tiltle like this one someone should expect a cheesy movie but to my surprise it was actually pretty good.
A cross between Terminator Bourne Identity and Soldier this kick a$$ cyborg kidnaps a Federal deputy and they both start running around getting into a bunch of shootings and interesting brawls with some other military guys who were involved in this biogenetic project which developed the cyborg, in an effort to expose the conspiracy behind the project.
Good movie for .99 cents and didn't have to FF very much either ;)
