Hi, I'm already an search & rescue explorer and I also want to become a police explorer. Could I do both at once? I know their are already wo trainings/events this year that both will conflict with each other. Thanks.

You should ask your SAR Explorer Advisors/Rank about it first and see what they have to say. Also talk to the Advisors/Rank of the Police Explorer Post you want to join. If they are both okay with it then do as you please.

Like Ferus said, ask your advisor. Keep in mind though that theres always the chance of you being asked to work at a public event for BOTH programs possibly............

wow! a bit of mess up there... I meant I'm already a police explorer and I want to become an explorer search & rescue... I'm not sure if my advisor would support me becoming an ESAR too since I would have to dedicate my time to both... and they could feel I'm not commited to being a police explorer...if this makes any difference?

Why don't you just ask them> They could tell you a lot more than we could.

I'd say do about 90 percent of the explorers at my post are also fire explorers at their local fire departments. I'm not cause i have no interest in becoming a fire explorer.
