I have a odd question, one I hope you can answer for me. Is it against the law for a non-law enforcement person to own and operate a Radar Gun ( hand held or vehicle mounted - i.e.: Kustom Golden Eagle) or Laser Speed measuring device ( Laser - i.e.: Pro Laser 3 by Kustom) ? Again, I know this is a odd question. I have always had a fascination with these products and see them for sale via the internet and even on Ebay, but was never sure of the laws regarding the ownership. Any information you could provide would be a great help. I certainly do not want to open my self up to trouble by being ignorant to the law.
