Is the video already recorded in the system's drive and you just want to transfer it and use it in your own system?
It would help if you have a pic of the back of the multiplexer or the DVR itself.

Video is recorded already to hardrive at work. Exported and burned to disc, brought home. Won't play because of codec issue. I'll have take a pic of the back of the DVR today.

I worked with Loronix systems before which is similar to yours and it records regular MPEG or AVI video.
