I am in the process of getting my duty gear and I was going to buy the UTG Crime-Buster Law enforcement complete modular equipment system. Now this system comes with every thing ( Nylon gear) Duty belt, double magazine pouches, Glove pouch, Radio holder, cuffs case, flashlight holder, baton holder, key holder, belt keepers. Now the whole system comes from Pyramyd Air through Amazon for 47.46 with shipping charges added. Now I could use the holster for training and the mags for airsoft. So whats your opinion? If you or anyone else have the system could you give me an insight of what to expect if I go through with the investment.
Thanks.:p
Personally, I wouldn't have any need for the holster, mag pouches, or baton holder so I just wouldn't buy it. But I suppose if you can use the holster for training, and have a use for the mag pouches it would be a pretty good deal.

Thats what I was thinking to some of my fellow explorers said that it would be a waste of money or that the quality could be cheap but if you really think about it we wont be needing top performing gear now (leather) because we arnt going to be active with it every day plus I could use the extra gear as airsoft gear. Thanks I just wanted to have a second opinion on this.

1) The quality is not going to be the best because I spend $45 on my handcuff and OC Case alone (for work and explorers).
2) How often are you going to use the belt for training, if you are going to use it a lot, then spend the extra money and get a GOOD belt, because you do not want to be replacing your cases every couple of months because they ripped or something do you?
3) I wouldn't necessarily say that Nylon gear is "Cheaper" than leather gear. I think it depends on the company that you get the gear from. There are some companies that just produce the "cheap" stuff (leather and nylon) and then there are some companies like Safariland and Bianchi that produce top of the line gear in both leather and Nylon.
I have a Nylon duty belt and LOVE it because they are light weight. I would have to guess my belt weighs about 10lbs less than my Sgt. (at work) who has the EXACT same cases and items, but he has a leather belt. I would much rather have something light when working then something that is going to weigh me down even more!
