Is there anyone on this board that is employed by the HPD or familiar with it?
I have done my research on the department and spoken with recruiters (they have an outstanding recruiting dept.) and feel that while it won't be the only Dept. I apply at, it will be 1st and I'm looking forward to applying in the next week or so. I am looking to forward to potentially making a difference in the community. I'm well versed (sp?) as far as the application process, just some random question concerning the Dept.
Houston is a COPPS type of Dept., correct?
