I am getting ready to send in my resume and hoping you guys could give me a hand on ideas of what to write about in a cover letter. I have had to do resumes before for jobs but I have never had to do a cover letter. I am coming from the military, so the civilian job market is a little bit of a change for me. If you dont mind giving me a few ideas of what to write about, and what departments are looking for. Thanks
