I want to use it with the eotech I have on my M4. Is there a QD mount that I can use that will mount it high enough?

You should be able to find something to step it up for you like a quick disconnect dovetail or something. Try riflescopes.com. I've never seen someone use an aimpoint product for an Eotech sight though. :)

I believe LaRue Tactical makes several versions. QD's, flip up and aways, etc...

Go with the LaRue. That is what we use and it easily flips out of the way if you do not want to use it (such on CQB).
