I posted this earlier on the background board, but I think it was inappropriate for that board. , in case the mods were wondering.
I used to live in tampa and I am thinking of moving back there and applying with the PD. I've done a little research regarding that. Let me see if I understand this right.
You put yourself through one of the florida certification programs? then you apply? How long are the cert. programs, a semester?
I've seen posts that state some of the large agencies will pay your way if you have a bachelor's and military exp. Is that true?
Any info will be appreciated.
