By the way, the guy later sued the DEA over the release of the video, saying it hindered his career.

And, was widely regarded in DEA as the most embarrasing DEA video to ever come out.............until the premier of the Spike TV show, "DEA".
You ought to see some of the videos of undercover deals that have never come out, and never will (there's one of me where I had to strip naked on camera to be checked for a wire by the bad guys).

Just...........................WOW. I feel sorry for the guy but its funny 'cause a couple seconds before the firearm discharged he was just saying how he's the only one in the room qualified to use it.
