Well I bought a wireless adapter for the xbox I bought last week. I tried to see it it would connect to a hotel's wifi here in La Place, but it didn't work. It recognized the signal and all, but it stopped short of the MAC test I think. I'm hoping the reason it didn't work is because you have to 'sign on' to the hotel through a startup page. You can't do that with the XBOX so I'm hoping that's the only issue. I will test it on another 'non-gateway' wireless access point when I can. For now, it's either hard line; or offline.



Anyhow, broke down and bought R6:V2 at the same time, am starting the game now. I wanted to go online and play with others, but that'll have to wait.

I've been playing Co-op with a friend. Its a good game but basically an identical copy of the original.

I always see you COD4 when I get on. Then you sign off right away! Must be different schedules.

Could be my goofy schedule. My main playing times are after 900 AM till around Noon, sometimes a little later. Alot of peeps on my friends list are signing on about the time I sign off. Let me know how the game is, I want to play through it on Co-op as well as single player.

What's with the game slowing down in the middle of a firefight? I don't remember that in the 1st one. It's like there is too much going on at one time and it's overloaded. Otherwise I'm enjoying it. I like that the intro was short and there was no big level without my team.

I never noticed a slow-down on my xbox. Dunno. I'm getting the pc version when it gets officially released soon. I think it's worth the buy for the online play, or at least it was on the xbox version. It's to bad that you really don't have the 'achievements' that the xbox version has, but maybe we can add more weapons like the old R6 games.

There is achievements for pc version and I havent had any slow downs in the game. I will post a picture in a bit.

Just beat it. THe last part of this one was considerably easier than the 1st but the solo mission was brutal.
