I'm not sure how many people I've dealt with that act this way, its just ridiculous. But this lady earned her way to jail in this one.

We have someone like this at work she never seems to want to do what you ask/tell her too, maybe that is why she has 4 DC charges against her with 2 more still pending!!!!!!

Shaking my head as I just re-watched this... Mmmmm.... I'm thinking anger management classes are in order for her, and probably for your co-worker as well, CelicaGuy... Amazing how people let themselves act like total idiots when they get a bit hot under the collar. The officers were very nice to her, she had no reason to get so nasty.
We dont require a sig on a cite. I simply put in bold letters on the sig line.." REFUSED TO SIGN , issue the cite and send them on their way.

Its not a co-worker it is an individual who we are constantly dealing with we call her "muffs" because she is always wearing ear-muffs even when it is warm out!!!!:D:D:D:D:rolleyes:

Nope, down here in Florida it's a misdemeanor to refuse to sign a ticket. Refuse and off to jail you go. I keep waiting for the one to refuse, but alas, haven't had it happen yet!

I wonder if that woman might not have a mental issue or two... or three...
Or fifty.

Hmmm...Mental health worker. Just another talent we are required to learn.
I stopped a woman once to ask her why she was driving erratically. First she stopped in the middle of the road on the median strip. That should have been a sign right there!
When I casually approached I saw that she was about 60 years old. She started crying and screaming for me not to beat her!!!! I hadn't even had the chance to say "Good afternoon".
I tried to calm her down and tell her that I was just concerned about her driving and asked if she had been drinking.
She began crying and sobbing like I had just told her that her entire family had been killed!!!
I tested her on the alco-machine and advised her to take care (she was not drunk). I saw that my presence was what had got her so upset so I left and as I drove past her, I saw her sitting in her car, hugging a huge teddy bear and crying hysterically!!! About 2 or 3minutes later I came back and she was still sitting there crying. A few minutes later she was gone and I never saw her again.
WEIRD!!!! :confused::eek:

Wow...that woman was crazy; I can believe him that her veins were popping; she sounded hysterical. I was thinking 'and so are you' right before she said 'and so am I' about being a live animal lol. I don't know if it was part that they cut out, but I never heard her say anything about 'specify where the persons were that I endangered' until she asked if he heard her when she asked; and I know she never 'asked him nicely' lol. Crazy woman. At least she's not on the road anymore.

Wow, someone needs to go to anger management classes!
Something is seriously wrong with this woman!
Kudos to the officers for keeping their decorum!
