Hi Ladies and Gents--Currently in the test-taking mode for a number of Southern Cal PD's; am considering LA (lots to ponder there).

Anyone know a decent score to shoot for on their side-step test? I've looked online and can't find any data on this one.

Side note, if anyone has LAPD-application tips in general, I'd love to hear 'em as well (including, 'stay away, brother!') but maybe that's for another thread. Cheers, WBMC

Wish I could help you but here's the real deal scoop on the LAPD agility test. They never tell you what exactly you need to score in order to pass. When you take the test they total it up and never tell you how many you did. When you finish all phases you wait out in the lobby and they they walk out and tell you if you passed or not. For whatever reason even after you pass/fail you don't know.

However, the CA POST agility test (pretty simple) I believe is posted on the CA POST website.
