Hey everyone I need some serious advice on how to loose some weight. I am currenitly 20 years old ( will be 21 in a few weeks ) and I'm five foot and seven inches tall and I need to loose some weight in the next couple of weeks. The max weight that I am allowed to be at is 165 and and my weight is right now about 4 pounds over that. I'm going crazy trying to get this done but nothing is working, personally I would like to be in the 150 area, so if anyone here has any and I mean any advice what so ever then please post back about how I can get this taken care of. Thank you

Try to cut 500-700 calories out of your diet a day. That alone should drop you about 1lb a week. If you step up your physical activity, you shouldn't have a problem.
How Many Calories Must I Burn to Lose 1 Pound of Body Weight?
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
10 pounds of muscle = ~ 1 pound per week of extra calories burned doing nothing (500 calories a day)
since i didn't want to kill the page width, here is to that article, and interesting read: http://www.fitcommerce.com/Blueprint/Increased-Muscle-=-Increased-Resting-Metabolic-Rates-=-Weight-Loss_page.aspx?pageId=744&tabIndex=5
Like Titan said, cut calories from your diet, eat healthy, and exercise using cardio style workouts for until your weigh in.

can you list a few more details as to what you're implementing currently with regards to training/diet?
