A former Chief of Police in Alabama and South Dakota. If it is Bluesteel from DOD give me a call jackass.

I agree it is young but I assure you he was the Chief in Sisseton South Dakota this year and a small town in Alabama in 2005. I don't condone the spam is why I told him to read the TOS.
