I ordered a belt from the beltman, as suggested by a couple of members. Last week, after buying a new pair of western boots, I put on my old brown belt, and the first time I bent over...Snap! It broke into two pieces. I'll be waiting for a few weeks, but I'll let you know how it turns out.
;)
I have one belt I purchased from High Noon Holsters, but it took 18 weeks to receive.
The Beltman claims that most orders are shipped in three weeks from order, and it didn't cost quite as much for the same product.

Thats weird. I just ordered another belt from the beltman two days ago. Which one did you order?

I got the double bullhide in dark brown. It looks like a really nice belt.

I got the standard, double thick, dress belt in cordavan with a nickle buckle.

I decided to try the black powder coated buckle myself. I may order an extra buckle later, as they said they would soon be available on their website.

Sorry to reawaken an older thread, but I just placed an order for a 1 1/2 inch horsehide in black. I chose horsehide due to recommendations from another forum, apparently it makes a big difference for a minor price increase. I'll try to remember to let you all know my findings.
