I have 3 light blue jackets, and one french blue jacket, that I picked up recently, and want to either sell them or trade them for police patches. Willing to negociate on price/patches.
They have the patches cut out. They all have the NJ State Seal on the buttons, and were made by a company in Philadelphia, with the officer's name on the inside.
