I joined the LASD Explorer program and I have the Academy starting this Saturday. I missed the initial orientation but they are letting me start late. I know there is another LASD Explorer on the forum, anything about the academy that you don't mind enlightening me about? I've heard it's a great experience and I am extremely excited. I can't wait to get through the academy and work at the Lost Hills station.
