This movie was by far the best movie I have seen in a long time. It was actionpacked from the begining and never let up right till the very end. Not to give to much away but, Marc Whalberg plays a former Marine scout sniper who gets caught up in a conspericy. He tries the whole movie to prove his innocence.
It is a great movie, I would recommend it to anyone.:)
Watch it if you want to be  like me:rolleyes:.

It could have been better but it could have been worse. It was definitely by far
one of the better movies that have come out this year.
All and all it was a good movie I would recommend it.

The one scene I had a big problem with was the one where the girl grabbed the Beretta 92. She fired four times and the slide was locked back - then in the same scene, just the next camera angle, the slide was down again.

I went to see this one at the movies. It was awesome, especially with the explosions :D. But seriously, can anyone explain to me what was up with Danny Glover's lisp?

I thought it was a great movie. I believe it was a "straight to DVD" movie. I think it would have made a bunch of money on the big screen.

Thanks, guys. I had never heard of it before I seen the poster at the video store. As an SRO I tend to stay away from theaters on my off time

You're not missing much. It's hard to watch a movie with 50 kids talking/answering cellphones constantly. Waiting for a dvd is worth being able to hear and follow the dialogue in the comfort of your own home.

Good movie, but the plot was a bit predictable from the beginning, until the last 5 minute part that caught me off guard.
I can see a "Shooter II" on the horizon coming up real soon.
Same plot, maybe, maybe not ?
It was definately a great movie. Very good action from beginning to end. And sure it's a bit unrealistic but still a great flick anyway.
I hate to be the to say this but the book was much better.
Stephen Hunter has several books based on "Bob the nailer". Those books rock!!

Go with "Wesley Pipes". I can't remember where I heard that one.

LOL
I didn't notice that the slide was down, but I do remembering thinking "Dam, he only carries four rounds?"
