Only about 5 months old with minimal wear. It is for a 1911 5 inch with no light. I ended up putting a rail on mine and needed a new holster. Very little wear. Passes our inspections everytime.

Also have a Desantis paddle holster for the 1911 that I'll throw in with the Level III. Only used 3 times. Looks brand new.
