Just bought this game and it's totally bad a$$!!! I loved the first God of War and this one, I'm only a couple levels into it, seems like it's going to be even better.

Definately recommend to anyone who's into Greek mythology hack and slash games.

I keep hearing excellent things about the sequel. Still on GOD OF WAR the first one myself. I heard that the only bad thing about part 2 is that the graphics are the same. However seeing as how excellent the first one looked I won't care.

Yeah, the graphics are pretty much the same but, like you know, the graphics on God of War 1 were pretty bad a$$. GOW II has great graaphics, a lot more outdoor scenes, with huge statues/monuments/etc, and a couple different monsters to slay in nice bloody ways.

The only thing that I was slightly disappointed in is the story is kinda similiar to GOW 1. In GOW 2, you're seeking revenge on Zeus instead of Ares. But who cares? It's a sweeeet game!!
