So I went to the DMV today to pull a record of all my traffic violations and there is one on there that I can't figure out what it is.
Does anyone know what VC216555 is?

I would guess a little more information will be required before you get a firm answer...at least the state, since there are more than 50 different vehicle codes and DMV's in the United States alone.

A quick Google search got me to the CA vehicle codes, where I found this: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d11/vc21655_5.htm
Exclusive- or Preferential-Use Lanes for High Occupancy Vehicles
Or there's this list here: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/lov/lovd11.htm which states that 21655.5(b) = Failure to obey sign posted preferential traffic lane(s); exceptions – motorcycles, mass transit buses, and paratransit vehicles.
