Any one know where I can get those rubber plugs that you see on a old used police car? I need one that has a hole so I can run a lightbar cable for one of my cars and I need another one to plug up a hole where a lightbar used to be.

Why would you have a light bar on one of your cars, and why are you buying cars that used to have lightbars?

1) I am putting a lightbar on my car b/c I escort vehicles

2) I bought an old police car instead of buying a new can to save money

Use silicone caulk.

Agree with the above comment, clear silicone works well for this purpose. Make sure it's all-weather and will bond with the metal of the roof.
