I have a new still in the wrapper ( unopened) 2004 Ford Crown Victoria Police/Fleet Owner's Manual.
It includes an unwrapped Goodyear Tire policy folder and the original factory window sticker.
Everything is in new or almost new condition. The Window sticker does have " # 10 " written on it in 1 inch letters.
