Anyone on here play CS on a regular basis? I just got a new video card, and it'd be nice to play with some people I actually know. Just wondering. :)

I have CS source but I still prefer Counter Strike 1.6 just for sheer gameplay, it seems more enjoyable.
The graphics and physics on CS source are amazing though
Ive played CS:S a few times and can say I am, for the most part, unimpressed. I like 1.6 a lot more and have recently started playing it again after taking a long break from it. I personally like Day of Defeat better than any of the 4 CS versions Ive played, but thats just me.
interesting to see how many cops play cs

I've played a few times. I think CS is a little unrealistic, and that just goes to show that I'm more of an America's Army kind of guy. But yeah, if you've got a decent video card CS:S would be worth trying, but it all comes down to your taste I guess.
im in a cs clan... i want css but my computer cant handle it
I too am in a CS clan. We are only CAL-O (Cyberathlete Amatuer League) right now, but we're working on getting better. We have our own 1.6 server now. ( 209.160.47.119 [Feel free to play there anytime])
I agree with Squad on this one though. CS is very unrealistic. Any game that you can just jump around in circles to avoid gunfire is silly in my book. But I play it for fun none-the-less. I do enjoy America's Army a lot more than CS, but when I need something more fast paced that I can do some trash talking on, I play counterstrike.
if you play on a good server, with no hackers, and no bunny hopping etc.. I think the game play can be somewhat realistic if you use team work..teamwork is the key in the game if you ask me.. we do alot of team work..like i open the door u flash it i go left u go right..or leap frog position to position giving cover fire and stuff....ppl that are really good can usually kill u pretty quick..like they see u..bust out a shot or 2 and yur dead..I never find myself being able to just jump around to avoid getting hit
