Does anyone know a site with ALL the MCL (I need something that has all the vehicle, moving, etc laws and regulations). I want to start reading and edumacating myself. I have lots of free time at work and have decided to learn.
Thanks!
There's only one place for it, Hockey: The MI Legislature's own website:
http://www.michiganlegislature.org
Follow the link in the menu labeled "Basic MCL Search" or "Advanced MCL Search"

I knew of that site but yeah!Any site that is "non-lawyerish" is going to be someone else's interpretation. The law is the law, exactly how it is written. You really need to be able to look up THE statutory law, read it, and understand what THE crime/infraction is, what the element(s) are, etc.
The MCL changes almost daily. And it's friggin' HUGE. I can't even imagine someone willing to take on the task to maintain a "non-lawyerish" version somewhere. It would be a full time job.

I think I found your new job ;)
We too have " lawyerish" names for offenses.
Illegal Parking is... Prohibitions in Specified Places.
Wearing headphones while driving is... Prohibited use of Hearing Impairment Devices.
High Beam Vio is... Multiple Beam Roadlighting Equipment.
Having to learn all of this as a rookie can be daunting.
