What is the most commonly used holster in law enforcement. Serpa, Safariland, or a different kind? I have heard serpa can jam, anyone with experience?
Also, are cops required to wear the holster on their belt, or can they use a drop leg one if prefered?

What are you talking about, holster. I had my guns stuck in my waistband.

I'm not sure anyone can answer that question for certain, although my guess would be Safariland (in Canada at least).

I would assume you wear it the way your department wants you to wear it. I've never seen general patrol officer wear their sidearm on a leg holster, only tasers. Probably for good reason.

I use the Safariland on-duty, and the Serpa off-duty.
