Hi Guys, I'm starting the Academy in November! it was delayed due to lack of talent to chose from! I was the one asking to lose 100 lbs in 6 months. I'm down 40 lbs. Just letting you know I'm in!

After you are done with the academy, that doesn't mean it's all said and done. You need to maintain that healthy life style and keep in shape. I know that I should have done that. It would have been so much easier to keep up with my fitness than to let it go and achieve the minimum standards.
