Man this area has just gone dead here lately. Well…to make some small talk… I just got nationally certified via NASDN in Nebraska last month. And yesterday I get my local certification under my belt. Anyone got any funny trial stories….

Well, it happened a while ago, I was expecting new dog that have been sent to me from a breeder in the east, while waiting in LAX cargo terminals area. I ‘ve been told that the pooch broke the crate in the plane, and eat a delivery of exotic birds that happed to be in other crate in the plane.
It wasn’t funny when I heard it for the first time….

Here is a funny trial story for you. I have trials in a week and have not had much time to train because of my stinking work schedule!

I hear ya; we train 3 times a week and here in the last few months it seems like our training dates keep getting canceled. Our training area is on Redstone Arsenal Military Base, here in Huntsville so were subject to their scheduling. But I’ve already completed my National School, and just certified in-house so I’m good, just having to start working on HRD now (Human Remains Detection). I’m done certifying in general scent work.
