I have a choice between one made for the Stinger and one made for the Scorpion. This site says the Scorpion is 4.9 inches long. The Strion is 5.3 inches long. However, the Stinger is 7.4 inches long. The holder has to have a 3 inch belt loop and be patent (high gloss) leather. There 'is' a holder for the Stinger that has a button snap cover. I don't know if the Strion will shove down far enough into the Scorpian holder to just get that? If it doesn't will it fit ok in the Stinger holder with cover?


I don't have a Strion to compare these sizes in person, as the light is still in the mail. The local cop store doesn't either. It just has the holders. Can anyone help me out?

Have you checked out www.galls.com or www.copsplus.com? They have a pretty big selection of such things.

yeah I'm going to have to call all of them. The issue is finding one with a 3 inch belt hole. None of these people have how big the belt loop is on their sites.

Yeah, everyone I just called said up to 2 3/4 inch. I need a 3 inch one. They have them in the cop store downtown here, but no one has a Strion to physically test the ones they have.

I bought a Bianchi Accumold Elite (part # 7926) light holder that fits my Strion perfectly. It's an open top/open bottom holder that fits a standard duty belt.
