Okay, time for personal opinions...what gear to you have that you would rate as a "must-have" for a K9 handler?

We need a little more info before anyone can tell you what gear you need. Your department should issue what geat you need, but if you have narc only, then you dont need much. Dual purpose requires a lot of gear.

If you are going to a k-9 academy, they will give you a list of what you need and where to find it.

just a guess on my part, if you're working an attack dog do you have something it can practice it's attacks on? the sleeves/suits/partners willing to help etc.
